Shipping & Delivery
At Torpedo7 we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, at a price that won’t break the bank. For NZ standard delivery orders, we use CourierPost overnight delivery (when ordered before 3:30pm, Monday – Thursday) – excluding rural delivery addresses & bulky products.
Orders received between 3:30pm Thursday and 3:30pm Friday will be dispatched on Friday but you may not see delivery of them until Monday. For orders received after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend your order will be processed for delivery and dispatched on Monday and should arrive with you Tuesday.
For some of our bulkier products we can’t use CourierPost and use a number of different providers depending on the product and your location. Due to the nature of these products please note that delivery can take a little longer and is typically 3-5 days from when we dispatch.
Click & Collect general orders when ordered before 3:30pm Monday-Thursday are generally available for store collection after 1pm the following day. We will contact you by text, email or phone call when your order is ready to collect. Click & Collect general orders when ordered after 3:30pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day. Click & Collect bulky orders will take 3-5 business days. In all cases you will receive an email notification or call from the local Torpedo7 store once it is ready for collection.
For all orders you will receive a Track & Trace reference via email upon dispatch.

- Overnight delivery for general items when ordered before 3pm Monday-Thursday.
- Next business day dispatch for orders placed after 3pm or on weekends. Next business day delivery following dispatch for general items, 3-5 business days for rural delivery and/or bulky.
- 2-3 business days for Click & Collect orders
- 3-5 Business days rural delivery
- 3-5 Business days bulky items
Note: Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays as courier companies do not operate on these days. Business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric size of the product, and the overall weight of the product. The shipping charge will be calculated when add products to the shopping cart.
